How an anxiety attack was experienced


An anxiety attack is a sudden rush of intense fear or discomfort that reaches its maximum intensity in a few minutes.

Discomfort consists of a series of physical symptoms that can be highly variable, along with an intense feeling of anxiety.

A Prison With No Bars is the experience of an anxiety attack, and tries to explain how someone who was unaware of the symptoms, implications and consequences of anxiety could overcome and get back on the train of his life.

Through a mixture of fable and reality, the book tells us the different stages that one goes through; as well as giving us clues and some tools to overcome it, and to help family and friends understand how to accompany people who suffer from it.
